Orders and returns
How long will it take?
Once your order has been received, our studio team prepare your artwork and will send you a final proof to approve. This process can take up to 10 days. Please keep an eye on your emails for the proof.
Once the proof is approved, your order will go into production, and no refunds are possible. Please check your proofs are perfect.
Production can then take up to another 10 days before your order is dispatched.
Do you offer returns or refunds?
We have a 30-day return policy on non-personalised items. Unfortunately, personalised or engraved products can only be returned if they are delivered faulty or damaged. See more on this page
Where is my order? Can I track my order?
We send tracking numbers in our confirmation emails - or you can go to your account to see your order status.
