A unique & premium military inspired drinks
decanter.
Until recently Hotspur, the company behind the SOLDIER,
remained in the shadows serving their unique clientele of special forces and
related units. Andy, the founder and head product designer is former United
Kingdom Special Forces.
As part of the ever increasing Hotspur range, the SOLDIER
decanter was designed for those who have served within the military, or those
who appreciate what the military does.
Its unique design emulates the helmet and accessories that
an SOLDIER would have when going on an operation. Each depicts NVG’s, an IR
strobe, a side IR light and the detailing down to the picatinny rail is outstanding.
What makes the design even cooler is that each has a motion
sensor that activates the NVG’s! When triggered a luminous glow covers the face
in the same glow you would get on a SOLDIERs face with a real set of NVGs. Not
only this, when the NVG’s are triggered the IR strobe also flashes - but in
real IR! This can only be seen through a set of real NVG’s and adds a whole new
level of detail and authenticity to the product.
The head is USB-C rechargeable, a small led charging
indicator changes from red to green when fully charged. The battery will last
for 3 months on standby, the motion sensor operates out to 5m, and the LED
lights will run for 24hours non-stop.
The ‘NVG’s’ and the IR strobe are on a 20 second relay. When activated they will run for 20 seconds and then turn off if no motion is detected by the sensor.
Each SOLDIER is available in HIP (High Impact Plastic),
Forged Metal (FM) or Titanium (Ti)
The HIP Edition comes with a wooden box, the FM Edition
comes with a tactical case and the Ti comes with a luxury Oak box.
Depending on the model selected there is also a selection of
accessories, pins & coins that are exclusive to the SOLDIER range.
Another really exciting element to the SOLDIER is the
ability to personalise. You can select to customise the logo on the front of
the decanter, the name, any dates or messages, choose artwork on the rear of
the decanter by country, upload your own and many more.
You can also customise the SOLDIER helmet with a callsign,
team image, flag or any other piece of artwork you may want / that your team
wear. The possibilities are almost endless and there are discounts for team orders.
